How to tell if my cat likes me?
If your cat ignores you, you're probably just a warm chair to nap on. Purring, headbutts, and slow blinks mean you might be their favorite human. Or their snack dealer.
Cats are famously aloof, but they do show affection—if you know where to look. Signs like purring, rubbing against you, slow blinking, and following you around are their awkward ways of saying, "I tolerate you." If your cat actively ignores or hides, you might just be their unintentional furniture. So, if you're lucky enough to get a nuzzle or a tail flick your way, cherish it; that's cat love in disguise.
